Stride – Order Modification & Cancellation Policy

1. Reviewing Your Order

Once you place an order and payment is confirmed, it immediately enters our processing system. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.

2. Requesting Order Changes

If you need to modify your order (items, quantities, or shipping address), contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible via the “Contact Us” page on stridecosmetics.com or email us at stridecosmetics@outlook.com.

  • Best effort: We’ll do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet entered the processing stage.

  • No guarantees: Once processing has begun, modifications may not be possible.

3. Canceling Your Order

To cancel an order, please notify us immediately. Orders can only be canceled before they enter processing. If processing or shipping has already started, we cannot cancel—your option then is to return the items after delivery under our Refunds & Returns Policy.

4. Customized Orders

For any personalized or custom-made items, cancellations may not be possible after production starts. Please contact us right away if you need to cancel a customized order; we’ll advise on next steps.
